Testing product instructions
When a guide describes how FocusFlight works, the relevant flow is checked using the live browser-based timer. The editor follows the same visible controls a visitor uses and confirms that the article's instructions and feature descriptions match the product.
What we check
- The named control, setting, or step is present in the live product.
- The order described in the guide matches the order a visitor follows.
- Descriptions of timer, sound, route-progress, and session behavior match what the product shows.
- Links from a guide lead to the intended FocusFlight page or cited external source.
What testing does not establish
FocusFlight is a productivity tool, not a medical product. We do not use product checks as evidence that FocusFlight diagnoses, treats, prevents, or cures any condition. We do not present a timer routine or ambient sound as medical advice, and we do not invent user outcomes or test results.
When the product changes
If a product change makes a published instruction inaccurate, the guide should be updated and its updated date changed. Errors can be reported under the corrections policy.
